Sophisticated Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel

In collaboration with a designer, this remodel brought modern elegance and advanced functionality to both the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen transformation included removing a wall to open up the space, maintaining the existing ceiling for seamless integration. A stunning 13-foot island with custom cabinetry and Thermador appliances takes center stage, while thoughtful details like a pot filler, toe-kick lighting, and a zip water system enhance convenience and style.

In the bathroom, a sleek Dekton Cosentino shower and refined lighting, controlled through a Lutron panel, add a luxurious touch. Additional features include a custom wine cabinet with integrated fridge and freezer, creating a space that perfectly balances sophistication and practicality.

This project showcases meticulous attention to detail and thoughtful design, resulting in spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful.
